My first years of experience were as part of the "system": in São Paulo, developing strategies for clients such as P&G, L'Óreal and Nestlé to strengthen their relevance in the emerging markets of Latin America. Based in London from 2009 to 2018, I gained global experience with these same clients, as well as with GSK, Dairy Crest, Shell, Unilever, BT, Reckitt Benckiser, Mercedes, Pernod Ricard, Volvo and Danone, managing high-profile projects at senior client level at global, regional and local levels.

After a 6-month sabbatical and 5 months of volunteering on one of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society ships, I returned to Brazil to set up and lead a team focused on positive behavior change at Positiv.a, and now focus on direct environmental action at Sea Shepherd Brazil, leading a team of passionate heroes for both local and global campaigns.

With a BSc in Social Communication, a Top Dog award from Miami Ad School and an MSc in Applied Social Sciences for Consumers from ESPM, as well as a Higher Education Diploma in International Development and Philosophy from the Open University, I have developed a strong belief in the power of low-intervention techniques drawn from anthropology, neuroscience and psychology to understand the many forces at play that move people across cultures, environments, organizations and cultures.
