Education is transformative and, when we think about sustainability, we need an evolution of thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Children are part of the last generation and we can't help but think of them when we think of future generations, in the classic concept of sustainability.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Education on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles from childhood can play a crucial role in shaping more conscious and responsible citizens. Teaching ESG in schools not only prepares students for the rapidly changing world but also instills in them the importance of sustainability and social justice.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
ESG can be taught in different ways in schools, there is no ready recipe for it and it concerns much more the didactics and creativity of educators, which must be appropriate to the reality of each region and the teaching methodology of each school.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Establishing performance indicators to measure progress against sustainability goals can generate greater engagement of the parties involved.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Environmental Education Children may learn about the importance of environmental preservation through interactive, hands-on lessons on recycling, composting, and energy and water conservation. Science and geography classes may include studies on climate change, biodiversity, and renewable energy. In addition, creating school gardens can teach students about sustainable agriculture and the importance of healthy eating.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
