The ESG Journey, represented by its administrator, Truman Stakeholders, \nregistered in the National Register of Legal Entities (\u201cCNPJ\u201d) under No. \n44.325.121\/0001-89, headquartered in the City of Sao Paulo, State of Sao\nPaulo, is a platform that will seek, in real-time, to share the content of the\nESG Journey expedition pioneering the frontiers of sustainability, at which\ntime topics such as: 21st-century challenges, sustainable business models, \nsocio-environmental development, quality education and other subjects that\ninvolve and foster the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals\n(SDGs) will be addressed, plus than 100 cities visited in 18 countries by \nmore than 50,000 km of land route.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

What is the purpose of this Privacy Policy?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This Privacy Policy (\"Policy<\/strong>\u201d) aims to disclose the general conditions applicable to the processing of personal data processed by the platform, through access to the website [www.jornadaesg.com.br] (\"Platform<\/strong>\"), in accordance with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 13,709\/2018 - \"LGPD<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Who is responsible for your information?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The platform administrator, qualified above, is responsible for the Personal Data (and the Controller, for the purposes of the LGPD) that it originally collects through its Platform. This may also be explained in separate privacy notices available when your Personal Data is first collected by and on the Platform.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The main purpose of the Personal Data processed by the administrator of the 'Jornada ESG' Platform is to establish a contractual relationship or to manage, administer, provide, expand and improve the services provided to Data Subjects via the Platform, adapting them to their preferences and tastes, as well as create new services and products to be offered to Data Subjects.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
